Halloween Vampire Costume
You could always go to a costume store and dress get a generic vampire costume, but why do that when there are many fictional vampires out there who'd make more personalized and sophisticated costumes. We have Anne Rice's vampires, namely, Lestat, Louis and the female vampire Akasha. For the first two, you can buy or get a homemade costume of impressive 18th century clothing. Upper class vampires are dressed like aristocrats and so should you.
Count Dracula is a bit overused as an idea - you could always dress up as a sleek vampire from Underworld (2004).
