Good Emo Haircuts In my opinion, a good haircut is one that suits your face, first and foremost. It might suit your emo style clothes or your "emo personality", whatever you want this to mean, but if your face looks hideous with an emo haircut, you might want to reconsider before jumping in the emo fashion wagon. Most people with emo haircuts would look a lot better if the haircut was just little bit modified to suit their face. Boys and girls with emo haircuts that don't suit them are just the same with fat girls baring their bellybuttons. It's their right to do it, but it's our right to say they look funny too. What does it mean, that emo haircuts might not suit some people? Well, you see, it is true that emo haircuts make people look girly. A boy that already looks a bit girly probably shouldn't get an emo haircut because then he will look gender neutral and that's never a good thing. On the other hand, boys with preminent cheeck bones and stronger jaws look very good in emo haircuts, as a general rule. What about girls? Well, fair girls should probably not dye their hair black with red highlights because it would probably look weird. Girls with emo haircuts should have brown or black hair - blonde girls have a huge number of other haircut options to choose from. I am not saying that no blond people should get emo haricuts, just that they should think twice about it. What's with the Hatred It's so typical. People judjing other people because they don't follow the same trends they do or because they follow the trends without being "real" fans, as if there were a fixed definition of emo, emo style and emo music. Just ignore them! People with emo haircuts don't necessarily /want to act cool/look like clones/are homosexual/cry alone at night/slash their wrists/ the same way not all metal fans practice abstinence from the bathroom, have long greasy hair and are good for nothing students at school. I personally would like to see some more boys wear emo haircuts, so, this coming from a girl, don't let the hatred discourage you!
